Find an entry
Open Spell Index to search the published database catalog and filter by universe. A detail page identifies the entry's type, effect, continuity and sources. Pronunciation is shown only where a guide exists. If the catalog cannot be reached, use Try Again; an unavailable service is different from a search with no matches.
Keep a private spellbook
Sign in to use a spell card’s bookmark action and save it to your private account collection. Open Saved spells to revisit or remove account bookmarks. Legacy device bookmarks are preserved and can be explicitly imported without deleting the originals.
Use Starter tools
Sign in and open My Grimoire to see your account's confirmed access and save status. Eligible accounts can create private collections, add spells, save notes and practice flashcards. Three Remembered reviews in a row mark a spell as mastered; Again resets that streak. Wait for a confirmed save before treating a change as synced. Export your collections, notes and progress as JSON. Older device preview data stays separate unless you explicitly confirm import into a new, empty account Grimoire; the original is kept.
Subscribe and manage billing
On the website, review the current offer on Pricing. When the server confirms billing is available, a verified signed-in account can open Stripe Checkout. The displayed price and renewal interval apply, and the subscription renews until cancelled. Returning from Checkout does not itself confirm paid access; the app checks the subscription and paid period. Use Manage Billing in Profile to schedule cancellation at period end. Native purchase and billing navigation are unavailable; native tools use the account's confirmed access. Contact us for billing questions.
Read pronunciation with context
Pronunciation guides are editorial reading aids unless an entry identifies a creator’s source. If your browser offers speech, the computer voice may pronounce fantasy words differently. No microphone recording is needed.
Your private account
When account services are configured, sign in with Google on the website or email/password. Confirm your email before signing in. Your account spellbook is separate from legacy device bookmarks; the Saved page shows the current sync state and an optional explicit import action. Disabled controls indicate missing configuration.
Send a contribution
On Contribute, write an original summary and include a source. Save Draft keeps it on this device. To send it, sign in and choose Submit; wait for confirmation before treating it as received. My Submissions shows your own submitted records and review notes. Approval does not itself publish an entry.
Get support
Use the Contact form to send a private message for review. Include the page address, device/browser and a description of what happened. The form confirms when your message is saved. Never include passwords, verification codes, private keys or payment-card information.
