Your data and choices
Know what stays, and what you can remove.
Device storage and private account records have separate controls. Signing out, clearing a local draft and deleting cloud data are different actions.
Your saved spells
Sign in and open Saved spells to remove individual account bookmarks or use its confirmed clear action. These actions affect your private account collection. Legacy device bookmarks are kept separately for optional explicit import; browser/app storage controls can remove those originals. Viewing history and theme preferences are separate.
Your private Grimoire
My Grimoire holds account collections, personal notes and flashcard progress in private cloud records after saves are confirmed. You can export retained data, remove collections or spells, clear notes and reset progress even when new edits are unavailable. An old device preview is copied only through an explicit import into a new, empty account Grimoire; clearing its device storage does not remove cloud data. Removing app data does not cancel a Stripe subscription.
Your private profile
Profile lets an eligible signed-in account edit its display name and optional HTTPS avatar. Those changes are saved to the private account when confirmed; they do not publish a public profile or grant a role. Avoid sensitive information in names or image links.
Contribution drafts and submissions
Clear a saved device draft from Contribute. Submitted records are different: they are stored privately with your account and available to the Owner reviewer. Clearing a draft or browser storage does not delete those records. Use Contact for a request concerning submitted data.
Account deletion requests
This release does not offer one-click account deletion. Use Contact to request removal of your Supabase identity and associated private app records. Signing out alone does not delete an account, favorites, Grimoire or submissions. Use Manage Billing in Profile on the website to manage an existing subscription; a data-removal request does not confirm cancellation. No deletion is confirmed merely by sending or viewing a request.
Ask a privacy question
Use the Contact form and describe the data involved. Your submitted message is stored privately for the site owner to review. Do not send a password, verification code or private credential. No deletion request is submitted by viewing this page.
